Sagay City Negros Occidental opened its colorful Sinigayan Festival 2012 at SM City Bacolod last February 27, 2012. This annual thanksgiving in honor of St. Joseph is showcasing the best of Sagay’s arts, culture, products, and people which is in line with SM Supermalls thrust to promote Tourism in Negros Island. The event was graced by SP Mito Gamboa, City Councilor for Tourism, Mae Cueva, Project Cares Chairman, Atty. Ryan Bonghanoy, City Administrator, and City Information & Tourism Officials.
