The PESO Satellite Office has an information desk and offers employment assistance and skills registry. PESO Head and Executive Assistant to the Mayor Mr. Moises Dela Cruz said those who will register will be encoded in the skills registry system which will be created into a manpower pool and skills database for easy job match. He urged everyone to register their qualifications so that PESO will be able to help them find jobs easily.

With the PESO services brought closer to the people, Dela Cruz hopes it will help solve unemployment in Bacolod and avoid the problem of skills and jobs mismatch thus improving the labor force and making Bacoleños and Negrenses more productive.

Moreover, SM City Bacolod as the venue of PESO Satellite Office aims to lessen the inconveniences of job seekers and help as many people as possible find employment especially during this time of unprecedented global challenges.

SM Supermalls, the largest mall operator in the Philippines, has served as a catalyst in generating employment and business opportunities in all areas where they are located. And SM is optimistic that its efforts in helping the country through jobs generation would be a good start for the attainment of a better Philippines.
